If you ever was getting ready to go exercising or doing business related activities, or something that you needed to complete in order to get you closer to YOUR goal, but something came up and you were running late…. then you said to yourself “there is no point, I would prepare better next time, or I will do it TOMORROW”…..and then something comes up tomorrow and a week goes by and you DIDN’T do anything? Then you BLAME yourself for being irresponsible and not following through….. STOP!!! If you are late, still go and finish at least part of what you wanted… you will feel that you accomplished SOMETHING and then you can take further small steps towards your goal!
